Ahhhh.. I'm surprised the trial date is so soon. It usually takes longer. But I don't live in New York.

I'd like to keep this open, even if the guy is a victim of the system. My guess: An example.

My secong guesses (while I do not know him personally, but perhaps, let's say, indirectly, very indirectly):

1. He'll plea bargain his ass off.

2. Other bro's will eventually go down in one way or another.

Budget justification, too. For sure. Salivation. Drooling.

Unless the guy has money and good lawyers.

Welcome to the world where people think the DEA is not serious, nor are the juicing locals, and that international sources can actually, by some means, be "approved."

Do I have the wrong guy? Or, perhaps, I am thinking of another burrow.

At this point, is there a reason to keep DNP_Guru's identity secret? If not, could somebody please post it or email me the information so I can search for news articles or other infomation that might become publicly available. I would like to follow this trial.

I hope DNP_Guru is acquitted.

As cuts pointed out, DNP_Guru has helped out a lot of people. We would probably think that it would be hard for the prosecution to make a case that DNP_Guru is such a bad guy, but unfortunately we won't be on the jury. It would be interesting to see whether his counsel would make some kind of an argument about balancing the "good" vs. "bad" at trial.
