Well, it seems that I "got the wrong" person. It was a guy in another area who was playing with things that he, IMO, should not have been playing with.

I hope this guy gets off. Still strange to me that this would be an FDA case.

This whole situation sucks. Dnp_ guru was one of the good guys that had a lot of knowledge to share. I was thinking of using dnp last summer to lose some weight quickly. He actually told me to stay the fuck away from it after I told him I was an endurance athlete. If he didn't give a shit he would have sold it to me and looked the other way.

dexter: the DEA and FBI have no interest in him. he is strictly an FDA matter. you will find out as the trial unfolds. also, from september 2001 to may 2002 is a very long time for trial to take place for a federal case. 8 months would have been average to fast for a state case, but not federal.

yes, that is all he's charged with. to my knowledge he was not selling it "as a weight loss drug." interstate transportation of dnp as a research chemical or pesticide is perfectly legal.
