I think the important point that I raised was starting the cycle without having it planned out......which you admit in the first post on the thread linked to below that you didn't have a clue.

Perhaps you wouild care to tell us about the diet that was confirmed on the diet board.....seeing as you got a couple of conflicting responses. Which one agreed with you??

Do I understand?? Uh no. You ask questions that appear to show ignorance and say you don't know the answers.....then you tell me you do know the answers and only seek confirmation. You wouldn't be trying to protect your pride would you?
