DNP training

What should I do in the gym when I use DNP??? Tell me a good workout to maximize DNP effects and don't loose muscle mass!!

My lifting buddy has done a couple DNP cycles. The first one was short and got up to 600mg. During this one, he was fatigued very easily and didn't do any major lifts(deads, squats).

The second one was a long mild cycle at 200mg. He is just finishing it now, and is lifting fine. He is on really low carbs, so he pops ECA for gym energy. He is still gaining strength from a mild test/primo/D-bol cycle that ended a couple months ago. He is still adding weight to his 5 rep max deadlift during the cycle. Considering his consistant progress while on, I would assume that his actual muscle loss is definately a non-issue.

Lifting on DNP is fine, depending how much you're taking.

This is an accident waiting to happen!!!

Baro, you posted on the Anabolic Board saying you had started your DNP cycle without actually figuring out what the best way of taking it would be. Now you are asking how you should be training AFTER you have started the cycle!!

Considering your previous posts concerning 'the best protein to take for definition' (!) and 'muscle quality' I think that you really need to quit that cycle, do some reading and (I'm guessing here) get more than 6 months experience in lifting. Are you even aware how nasty DNP is and what it can do to you?? And how long have you been training exactly??

Dear Imnotdutch, I started lift weights 4 years ago and don't worry, I perfectly know what I do. I read everything about DNP (I' m using it at the moment) and my strange questions maybe could be strange for you but for me have a meaning. The fact I'm a novice on this american board doesn't mean I don't know anything about Bodybuilding.

Whether you have been training for 4 years or not does not justify starting a cycle with DNP when you have not even worked out how the cycle will work. That is why this is an accident waiting to happen.....if you had read everything about DNP you would have known precisely what to do regarding training, diet, cycle etc.

Bottom line:- Starting an unplanned cycle of anything is STUPID!! (and with DNP, dangerous).
