DNP and Women... I think I may have posted this....

i think this is a great post and here is why....

most women don't seem to talk or post about dnp, even though a lot of them think about taking it or have taken it....and since most of the information out there is on men's boards and such....its hard to gauge for good information for females.....

i don't think i could count on two hands all the women that i have spoke to about this subject...that come to me asking about it and looking for advice.....its hard to give advice on this subject as it is very touchy and honestly i simply don't know as much about this compound as i could know about it.....therefore i cant give practical advice...i do know a lot about dnp and have reseached it for hours on end, but i still dont believe that i have enough knowledge to discuss it, so sorry ladies

i am glad this was posted as it has sparked debate and discussion and that is what research and learning is all about...thanks so much to cditty, spatts, corn, fonz, etc, for posting, as your discussion and both sides really helps spark interest and a thirst for knowledge.

all that being said...i sincerely hope that women will continue to post about this subject and help all of us increase our knowledge....men too, don't be shy...if you have female type info, please..please post it up..

I agree with lil k,
most women are afraid to talk about dnp or ask questions, because they immediately get flammed just for thinking about taking it. So, many women i know of, have not been able to communicate with other women about this who have done it. I, now, know of several who have used dnp. But, it could go both ways by opening up discussion. You could either end up with more women taking it since they see others are (which downplays how extreme dnp is), or it could become more informative for those that choose to take it anyway. I can't go with one side or the other completely, but I do see valid points in discussion for women on the negative effects, and also proper ways to use it, besides just how many mg's to take. I know in the manuals, it is "geared toward" men. dnp works the same once injested, but I have also heard some importance was stressed on certain supps. that women should certainly have extra of, etc. compared to men. i believe they are more prone to cataracts, etc. anyone have more info on that?

Since none of you that commented on women's discussion of DNP really frequent this board, you may be interested to know that if you do a search for DNP, and filter for the women's board, you will find hundreds of threads on the subject. It was all the rage there for a while.

There was a time when DNP posts were not allowed, out of concern for Elite's safety. During that time, DNP posts were generally deleted. The lack of recent posts on the topic is not a result of fear, but of past administrative filtering. No one ever came out and said, "OK, coast is clear, we can talk about it now."

I just want to put a thought out here.

On any given day of my life I exist with the similar "sides" that those whom I have spoken to that have used DNP as a part of their routine as it were have experienced. There is not a day that passes that I don't look and hope for some sort solution or simple end in sight to this miserable state of being.

I can't imagine why anyone would willingly want such an experience without exhausting all other alternate ideas for diet.

But I guess there's truth to the saying, "knowledge is power."
