Ok lets break it down for you suga.
Work up to a wider grip. Go a finger at a time wider till your one full hand space wider on each side.
You have your feet back nicely but your too relaxed suga.
So do this.
Lay down on the bench.
Kick your feet back just like you have then but flex your calves and thighs and butt.
Arch your lower back as hard as you can and all at the same time squeeze your shoulder blades together hard.
Then you are ready to bench.
Practice it and you will get it and keep puttin up vids so I can see your progress.
Less cloths would be nice too....shorts? with a short top?
