I went through that years ago with my shoulder labrum surgery, this time around I just said fuck it. I’ll do the rehab, be confident in it, then return back without thinking or worrying too much because that played with my mind way too much last time. I’m still cautious and only training what is recommended, but not overthinking it like I used to. With God in our corner we don’t fear nothing

Filling out since the injury, will be doing a cut cycle after this one’s done. Still 10-12 weeks to go





Once the back feels better I’ll return to more body weight exercises to get the chest tidied up more, definitely my weak point with the niggles
