EF Logger
First and fore-most, Thankyou to Elite Fitness for the platform and for those allowing me to log here.

In summary, I was deep into lifting last year and unfortunately suffered a major accident.

Crack right through the vertebrae and three compressed disc bulges.

The purpose of this thread is to log my progress back out of the shadows and back onto the scene. If you wish to follow along or support just know that I would be appreciative as training and bodybuilding has been my saviour from de-railing in life too many times to count

Previous cycle (immediately after my accident):

*TB-500 (250mcg twice a day) [Core Pharma]
*BP-157 (250mcg twice a day) [Core Pharma]
*HGH (2iu nightly) [Raptor Labs]
*Test E (175mg weekly) [House of Gains101]

Moving forward now that the worst is over and I have returned to lifting these last couple days, I will be cycling UglOz products from the store @ ugloz.is

My intended cycle will be:

Test E
NPP
EQ
HGH
BPC/TB

I will give orals a miss this run due to my reflux issues, I want to get the most out of my diet in this log

Will update dosages as soon as I start. Will be planning on getting bloodwork done also (will be my first time so please excuse if the markers are completely out of whack)

Attached images are pre-injury. I have taken front and back current photos today 3 months out from injury (poor diet and no training). Will be posting them along the way to track progress of this cycle

Thankyou for following along 🙏🤝

Do you find it a little nervey with easing back into things ? Like not wanting to push your limits brother. I think that would really mess with me personally. Never fun to go through serious injuries. Glad you ended up all good though my man and had such a good level of support across the board. Speaks volumes not only about our vendors but also your own character to have so many come forward offering their hand 💪🏻 🙏🏻

I went through that years ago with my shoulder labrum surgery, this time around I just said fuck it. I’ll do the rehab, be confident in it, then return back without thinking or worrying too much because that played with my mind way too much last time. I’m still cautious and only training what is recommended, but not overthinking it like I used to. With God in our corner we don’t fear nothing ❤️🤝

@Dinosaur1 welcome to EF fam big log big dog

want to see more updates please bro as you pushing it

a nice start to this log whatever happened with your accident did you get into a motorcycle or car accident I don't think I remember?
Fell 4m and cracked the spine right through, lost roughly 15-20% of my overall height. What doesn’t kill you right?

661168bada0a21ed8e73490b08282628.webp

What kind of exercises do you do to help your spine?
I hope you're doing a lot of stretching and that sort of thing.

Bros. This has potential to be a nice one. Happy to have you on here.
Thanks bro, the plan is to give it my best in hopes for a bigger and better comeback. So that if any other bros out there at the moment or in the future (God forbid) ever suffer a spinal accident where the doctors tell them they can lift again, gives them hope that they can achieve anything they put their mind to
I know a lot of people who have fallen and had spine damage, it's a very difficult thing.
I’ve met some people along the way since the accident who have given me hope. Nothing gets more going more than finding out Ronnie Coleman had a herniated disc but continued to win more competitions over the years (I know he’s built different but there’s hope)
Wow, I never heard of someone losing overall height from a fall. That's crazy.

Hard to believe you survived such a traumatic thing.
I’ll attach my CT scan report, I was extremely lucky I didn’t fall head first, I also narrowly missed the garden bed that has upward sharp facing paver bricks as it’s edging
You fell 4 meters. Did you fall off a roof or something?

Or did you fall through an elevator? I don't understand.
I was going through a lot of stress at the time, I won’t list them cause nobody likes a complainer, but it was the first time I had ever slept walked in my 32 years, fell off the balcony in my sleep after going to bed that night
IMG_0050.webp

Happy to have you alive and well on here. Definitely a new lease on life.
I’m very thankful each day and I’m a firm believer everything happens according to Gods plan
Looking forward to seeing what you're capable of accomplishing on this log.

Glad to see that you are not giving up.
Thanks bro. I’ll give up when I’m dead that’s for sure. I love this game
What kind of exercises do you do to help your spine?
I hope you're doing a lot of stretching and that sort of thing.
A lot of trial and error over the last couple months till I found what works and what doesn’t. My rehab went something like this (and still does):

Foam rolling the quads, hips, hamstrings and glutes (not foam rolling the spine at all)

Decompression (dead hangs supported at knees or toes to avoid swinging). And inversion tables

Wall Stretching the hamstrings and glutes

Glute bridges and dead bugs (help build core stabilisation for the hips)

Lower back extensions (hold at the top using the handle bars for support)

Abdominal strengthening

Makes sense that you're stacking, tb500 and bpc with growth hormone.

That's always something. You're gonna want to use going forward.
I was skeptical about peptides till this injury occurred. I’m definitely a firm believer now in TB/BPC/HGH for its healing properties

Compressed Discs are the worst. Are you going to need surgery in the future? Or did you already have all your surgery out of the way?
No surgery brother, I’ll exhaust all options before I take that road
Bro, I once fell from tanker Pole.

Fell all the way down and ended up in the water. Luckily had I been a few feet One Direction, I would have probably broken my back.
God was looking out for you I’m glad for that outcome 🙏❤️
Man, that is a nasty injury.
Sorry to hear that man. But don't worry, we'll get you in the best shape your life, you'll make a comeback.
Appreciate the support brother, it fuels me and gives me hope so Thankyou

@Dinosaur1 Great physique man....looking forward to an awesome log.....

Morning all

This is a post to show what my diet looks like throughout the week

I apologise if you’re expecting calorie counting but I’m not in this game to become an on-stage competitor, the reason for my clean eating is just for that. To be clean and healthy. I also know that less is more in the PED game when running steroids especially when you watch what you eat

Working on site 10/12 hour days every day takes it toll, but this log isn’t only for giving hope to those suffering from a back injury or ailments and want to return to gym, but also to show that you can manage a busy work life and diet while training

Attached is what a typical week of food looks like (on loop). Selfie was as of yesterday 20/02, just shy of 3 months out from my injury. Legs need a lot of work but as per rehab instructions I’m only limited to seated leg extensions and leg curls only

Super clean diet bro @Dinosaur1
I'm linking you have it in containers ready

Gotta be thankful for working on site, at least I don’t have to train calves and forearms 😂
Super clean diet bro @Dinosaur1
I'm linking you have it in containers ready
Just gotta get into the habit of cleaning and re-using them, I’m always tossing them and cunts are expensive

Starting tonight and onwards I’m moving past rice in all my meals, replacing with regular potatoes or sweet potatoes

Day 2 of Test E, NPP, EQ, sponsored by the team over at ugloz.is

I’ve changed up a day as per the original workout plan, I’m now incorporating my chest and shoulder day into one, since I’m still punching through lightweight I rather give both muscle groups the time under tension in one day

Hopefully once there’s a restock on the ugloz.is store on Shogun HGH I’ll be moving my dosages to 3.5iu nightly

Once again shoutout to @ugloz for making this possible and his insane quality Platnium range

Yours truly,

- 🦖

Bros. Yes, Ronnie Coleman and other bodybuilders have had back problems, but keep in mind, they're on a bunch of painkillers as well. You don't want to go down that route.

You should still weight train but you need to just work around this type of issue.

Might not be able to go heavy.

Wow, that's a crazy story about sleepwalking. Sounds like a great way to kill your spouse without anyone suspecting anything and just say they're sleepwalking. lol

Doing an amazing job, man. I like the carbs and I like the vegetables

The important thing is that you're happy. It's very important.

I definitely don’t brother, going to see how far I can go without having to resort to that. So far so good with my rehab

it’s right there in my log. I am weight training.

Always brother
Loving the look of the meals brother.

Is it a bit of a mental battle at times, being limited to your seated leg extensions and curls ?
I overcame the mental battle years ago bro, I don’t really care what others may think when they look at my physique at the moment, that’s why I never judge others in the gym, you never know what limitations or disabilities someone might have. The leg extensions and curls haven’t been that bad either, still giving my tenderness the next day which is good

You are a beautiful human brother.

There is no need for any of us to judge anyone for where they are in life or how they look and/or act. We are all running our own race of life at the pace in which was intended for us.

You still got some juicy looking legs too brother. Love it brother ❤️

Slowly crawling back out of the shadows of my spinal injury, sticking to my initial dosages of Test E/NPP/EQ from @ugloz

I’m definitely feeling the NPP, which comes to no surprise this early

Spine is holding up ok with the minor niggles, will continue to watch for the signs and take precautions around my weight training

Happy Saturday all

It's like you never lost size,
Respect for following lent brother. Not so common anymore unfortunately big respect may God bless you and the family

Man I'm in the middle of dealing with some massive injuries. Just pay attention to your body and keep working. Don't ignore signals and you should be alright.

Filling out since the injury, will be doing a cut cycle after this one’s done. Still 10-12 weeks to go

Overall happy with the progress thanks to my sponsors at @ugloz
