I have incorporated many of these philosophies into my training...and love them. Talks about all different kinds of lifts. I have a 2" OD bar that I use for all lifts except squats...talk about working the grip. The bar also takes the stress off of my shoulders a bit....I think (maybe just in my head).
What kind of questions do you have? I suggest buying "Dinosaur Training" by brooks Kubik if you can...another Kentucky native
I have read up on a lot of articles talkin about Dinosaur Training and its routines and everything like that but personally I have never tried it myself sorry bro.
