I've been asking a lot of diet questions lately & it's really been helping. I ate a TON of food today & the cals only added up to under 900.
BUT, the hub wants to go out for dinner. Then the EVIL menu devil raises his ugly head!
So -- here goes......salads -- dressings on the side if at all? Raw Oysters -- ok?? Ask for sauces, etc off the dish or on the side?
Any standard always good ideas? I've also heard a glass of wine is good for health. One ok?
Like I said I want to lose BF, not going to compete, want to be healthy, doing all this just for myself.
