chewing motion creates salivation within the mouth and is able to "tag" the different enzymes within the actual protein, therefore you’ll be able to break it down better. If you’re a person that has gas after ingesting a protein shake, then just chew the liquid and you’ll probably solve that problem. Chew it about five or six times, just enough to get the stimulation going.
