i have just done a show about a month ago, and i'm keeping my carbs at 60 to 70gms. a day. so that i can lean out even more for my next show, June 28th. I"m at 6% bf. so how long should i keep them there, before starting to put carb meals in. and how much fat should u think i should consume, i weigh 210 now, i'm 5'6
 
It's hard to say because everyone is diffrent bro..I find trial and error to be the best way of finding out what works best for you...If what your doing now is working then I would not change a thing.

as M18 said, everyone is different but that seems very very low.....remember, you have a lot of time before your next show......

i'll prolly stay with what i'm doing now, untill about 4wks, out and start putting some carb meals in. should i have a cheat meal a wk or no?

Even when dieting I still like to have a cheat meal every 3 weeks or so, just to keep myself sane :) So I'd go for a cheat meal now and then (say every 2-3 weeks)

yea i hear ya

i'm on eq and tren now, i think the eq is making me hungry as hell, i'm good all through the day, but at night i'm so damn hungry i could eat a couch cusin if it had some barbcue sause on it lol, is there anything i can eat at night that won't hurt me or is there anything i can take to depress my apitite.
