i have just done a show about a month ago, and i'm keeping my carbs at 60 to 70gms. a day. so that i can lean out even more for my next show, June 28th. I"m at 6% bf. so how long should i keep them there, before starting to put carb meals in. and how much fat should u think i should consume, i weigh 210 now, i'm 5'6
