I'd like to get ALOT of opinions on this one, fellas. Which Fat Intake level is the best, percentage wise, to use while dieting? Is it 20% Fat? 25% Fat? Or 30%?
the only real fat source i have is from either flax seed oil or muscle milk shakes.... other than that i get some fats from hard boiled eggs and chicken, tuna, and steak. i guess indirectly i get more than 40g of fat per day.
