I am 230 lbs right now and at about 9 - 10% BF. If I want to get down to 7% or lower......is that possible without losing muscle mass? I know my diet would have to be very strict....which it isn't right now..... on a scale of 1 - 10 it is an 8.
So if my lean body mass is 207lbs right now at 10% and I want to get to 7% which would put my LBM at 214 if I stayed the same weight. Now I know that is impossible, I would have to gain 7 lbs of muscle.......but can I do it and preserve the muscle mass? If so what would my target weight be........my math ran out on me for that.
