Dieting and right foods to eat

Alright Ive posted a few on here already, and i got some answers, but i really really need advice.. My goal is to get ripped abs. Im not really fat or anything, just some chub down there. Now, what are some great foods or meal plans to help me get there? Also, i should be running and doing situps to help me too right? Someone out there, please give me some advice on what to do here to reach my goal. THANK YOU!!!! :)

You will lose fat equally all over your body. Not just your stomach. There is no "spot-reduction" Just running and situps prolly won't do anything. You need a full-body weightlifting program and cardio plan. If you want ideas on what to eat just look around and read the threads. There is like 5,009820348712347 of them with an entire day of meals laid out. READ
