Diet While On The Juice

Hello, this is going to be my first cycle. I am going to be cycling 200mg Deca and 250mg Sustanon.... I heard that Diet should be high in protein low in fat and also high in calories...For the calories can i use weight gainer supplements to achieve my calories intake and combine with regular meal? Please input me some of your Diet while on the juice and your daily meal and supplements so i can get some ideas........thanks for the help:angel:
 
Really, you should eat real "whole" foods as much as possible such and tuna, chicken, turkey, etc for protein - you can supplement with protein powders. Take carbs in from other sources. Yes - keep fats to a minimum, except for the good fats found in nuts, salmon, flax seed, etc (omega 3s)
 
I tend to disagree with geoffgart, as usual, on the fat issue. Eating a low fat diet will reduce the effectiveness of yoru steroids, by elevating shbg levels, thus causing a greater percentage of the synthetic androgens in your bloodstream to be bound, and thus metabolically inactive. People on low-fat diets need higher doses of steroids to get the same anabolic effect. Not only that, but outside of the hormone issue, a high fat intake is required to build new muscle tissue, as well as repair microtrauma's to your muscle cells after training.

Sustanon/deca is an overpriced and overrated cycle by the way. You would have been much better off using test enathate for yoru first one. You could make the same gains, with fewer side effects and less $$$. You do realize you are combining an aromatase substrate (testosterone) with a progestin (deca) right? Progestins, especially nandrolone, tend to increase estragen sensitivity. This shouln't really be a problem at the doses you are using, however it is something to consider when you do increase your doses later.

Actually sustannon is cheaper than test enathate or you mean that Just using Test Enathate by itself rather than Sustannon and Deca is cheaper$$?? How bout just using Sustanon by it self, i havent started my cycle yet, i'm expecting it in the mail pretty soon... I can alway save my deca for next cycle and just use sustanon alone for my first cycle..

If your source is charging more for enathate that sustanon, he is either raping you on the enathate or the sust is fake. Not to pry, but what are you paying for each (price/concentration/total ml per bottle)? Test enathe is usually your best by on test. Deca tends to cost a bit more than any test ester.
 
Wow, you are getting raped on the enathate. You should be able to get a multi-dose bottle for less than the same amount of cc's in amps. Btw, multi-dose vial are not only cheaper, but SO much easier to work with. You will learn this very quickly. His price for sustanon is very good. Must be over seas. You way wish to run sust only. Try 250 mg every 4 days. You'll get better results, for less money, than running 250 mg once a week with the deca.
 
Well, closer to 500 mg in an 8 day peroid. You may need something, but I'm not a clomid fan. Try hcg and liquidex with a high fat diet, lots of efas (fish oil), tribulous (spelling someone?), etc. It depends though, you may not need anything post cycle. If varies from person to person and from cycle to cycle.
 
Oh, deca is more suppressive to the htpa than test, and is a bit more difficult to recover from, for most, post cycle. Wasn't sure if you were aware of this.
 
Any recommendation on calories intake, is it like 20x your bodyweight for daily intake, or should i take more....And i should take weight gainner to help reach my calories intake,
 
No i'm aware of it, i am pretty much new at this and going to be juicen for the first time, but i am learn though as day goes by...Thanks to Elitefitness and members like u
 
NO, avoid weight gainers. In fact, anything other than nutritous real food should not be counted into your calories for the day. ANy junk food you eat, just write it off as junk food, and eat additional clean food to meet your calorie needs as though youdidn't eat the low quality foods. 20X bw is agood start when on a cycle and trying to gain size, but again, avoid processed foods, hydrogenated oils, etc. Make certain you do some cardio, and since you can recover and grow rapidly from your workouts on your first cycle, training each body part 2 or even 3 times a week (keep the volume low though) would be of great benefit. If you are not spending 2 hours working out at a time, you will not overtrain on a high frequincy system on your first couple of cycles. You should recover and grow from every workout within a day or two, and be ready to train the same body part again, but with more intensity and heavier weights. Just keep the volume in check. You do not need 10 or 12 sets per body part. A few really intenst sets should be more than adequite for growth each workout. Have a good routine worked out before you take your first shot. Make the most of your first cycle.
