so i'm taking the plunge. gonna be doing 2iu's pre workout only (yes i know it's not a lot). i eat clean as it is, but just want some confirmation to make sure i can keep fat gains to a minimum.
i usually workout at around 7-730pm and go for about 2 hours. i'll be having a timer with me so i don't go too long as well as dextose/glucose immediately available to me in the gym.
i'll be taking the shot outside the gym in my car (preload at home). my question is what should i eat right after this? i was planning on downing one of those EAS myoplex postworkout shakes that are already in a bottle... i drink gatorade while i workout too so i figure that's more than enough carbs for only 2iu's...
after getting home (very close to the time it peaks) what kind of shake do you recommend? right now i'm using cytogainer... i'm just very conscious of A)being safe B)not gaining fat so i wan't to use the best shake possible so what do you recommend or is this fine?
about an hour after the shake i'll be having some real food, but again i'm not sure what exactly i should eat. just a loaded sandwich or something (has carbs from bread, protein from meat, some fats from cheese, etc) maybe some yogurt? idk, what do yall think? this isn't my last meal btw, just the last one in the time frame.
i eat clean during the day as it is anyway. i'll have one of those pizzas you bake every now and then tho. i treat myself once a week with one of those lol. i'll just start taking wednesday off and have it then i guess cause i don't want to be using the slin ed.
