Diet while on GH

Hey bro's, I'm thinking of starting GH next week and was wondering how to eat while on it and also was wondering if my HRT of 200mgs test cyp. biweekly is going to be enough while using GH. I know a lot about juice but not a whole lot about GH. In case you are wondering why I would use it if I didn't know a whole lot about it let me ask you if you would turn down free GH? I doubt it. Also I refuse to use slin, and I'm kind of leary of T3 so I just want to know if it will work O.K. without all that. Please no smart ass replies just mature ones. Appreciate any advice.

I'll keep it simple. Why to do want to add HGH? If for size purposes, then youa re wasting time and money. If for body recomposition/fat loss, then you are on the money. I recommend starting at 4IU, SC, six days on and one day off. If you suffer from any sides (most notable joint pain), then reduce your daily IU intake by 1IU until you are symptom-free. Two, HGH induces hypothyroidism (lowering of T3 levels). You can overcome this by using low-dose cytomel (t3) 25-50mcg daily before breakfast. This is not dangerous. Lastly, HGH does induce some insulin resistance. To overcome this, you need to go on a low carb diet ala Atkins. Adding insulin may worsen the problem. I have found that adding metformin didn't work, and adding Avandia made the subject gain fat. You can continue your usual HRT without the need for any adjustments. You will recompose your body in three to six months. You will begin to feel the psychological benefits of the hgh almost from the start.

finally someone saying that just gh and t3 is the combo for fat loss!!!!!

should the gh dose be split up and can you do low does t3 for extended periods such as three-six months without thyroid damage

I have been on Gh for a little over 2months and during the entire time i have been have good results on high protein, clean carb , Low fat diet....only oats, brown rice and sweet potatoes, are you saying my results would be that much better if i switched over to a low-carb diet????? How about adding R-ALA with my carb meals , would that help with the insulin resistance problems? My goal is only lose to a few percentages of bodyfat while preserving as much mass as possible.

DrJ, thanks for that info its real helpful, just what I wanted to know. I can only get 3 IU's daily, so that is what I was going to be using. I'm only using it for leaning out and maybe hoping for some connective tissue strengthening while on.

Ideally, I recommend two split doses; one midmorning (10AM) and one midafternoon (2PM). So, if using 4IU daily, you will inject 2IU at 10am and 2IU at 2pm. This allows HGH to work throughout the day, similiar to when you where pubertal. Most people, logsitcally speaking, cannot do this. So, I recommend 1 4iu injection midmorning. As far as the T3, take 25-50mcg daily before breakfast. I do not recommend splitting the dosage. My clients have had success with HGH/T3 as recommended above. As with anything, there are no absolutes. I only recommend what seems to work. I have read no studies or posts that indicate thyroid damage with use of low-dose cytomel as indicated.

The lower the carb intake, the faster you will lose the fat. Remember, HGH/T3 primes the body for fat burning, not carb burning. The body gets all the carbs it needs from the conversion of glycerol to glucose initially, then when it is used to ketosis, then energy is efficiently derived from free fatty acids and ketone bodies. If you cannot tolerate lower carbs for 2-3 days before the body gets used to ketosis, then add lemon to your water to get over the hump.
