Hey guys, I was told to try to eat 2 grams of protein per body weight while doing a cycle of Katanadrol, my question is how much of that amount needs to be from meat protein? I was planning on doing my fat free isolate whey protein shakes for about 50g per day and the other 350-400 from meat sources, probably lower fat such as chicken, pork, turkey etc... My main objective for this cycle is to gain some mass/strength and tighten up a little. Right now I am about 6'0" and 225 lbs.
