I'm 23 y/o , 183 pounds, 6 foot, probably around 10% bf. If I were to run an EQ only cycle looking for results of ending up around the same weight, maybe slightly more with slight gains in lean mass and getting shredded, what should my diet look like? I'm not familiar with the way EQ works, so wondering, is it something you need to stack lots of carbs with, or do you need to watch carbs/cals/etc... Any help would be appreciated
