Hi guys I'm 22 195 lbs and 13% bf... I just wana know a good diet plan to bulk my self up a bit more at the minute I havent really got one I've been taking 2 protein shakes a day eating lots of chicken and tuna and pasta and that's about as far as I've got at the minute just not really sure the best foods to eat and not put a load fat on!! I've been training about 2 years now.. Any help appreciated thanks guys
