Hello all, I am brand new to this forum, and I need some information. I am only 17 years old, and I am trying to lose some weight. I have tried Hydroxy Cut, and Zantrex 3 , they worked a little, but nothing huge. I am 17 years old, 220 lbs, and about 6' 3". I know it dosent seem like I am fat, but I would like to turn the weight from all fat (which it is now) to all muscle. I am going on summer break, and next year I will be a senior in school. I want to wow everyone, and I want to be huge. I am wondering, what should I take, I dont want to take any more of that weak Zantrex or Hydroxy cut, I was thinking about Thermorexin, I have read good things about this on the board. However, I do smoke cigarettes, and I knwo if I quit I will gain alot of weight, so I will quit at a later time. Also, I was wondering, if it would be safe to take Thermorexin with something like NO2 or Creatine, or all three at the same time. I used to have asthma, and I occasionally get sharp chest pains, which go away after about a minute. I want to keep all of the suppliments legal (meaning no ephedra). Please reapons with any information. Thanks!

You can't turn fat into muscle.
Diet and exercise will get you trim, not supplements.
Use supplements after you stay committed to a diet and workout regimine
Use these boards for help.

I knwo I cannot turn fat into muscle, I think I got my words messed up. But what diet pill would be the quickest to use to lose about 50 pounds?

You are only 17 years old. You should be able to achieve your goals with a proper diet and exercise regimen.
Supplements are not the answer, especially not at this young age.

forget the pills and buy yourself a good pair of jogging shoes.

start running 30 minutes in the morning 4 days a week. on your off days go to the gym and follow a strict, well-planned weight training regimen. clean up your diet (lots of protein, good fats like olive oil and peanut butter, good carbs like potatoes and whole wheat products, no fast food).

by the time you start school, you should be well on your way.

and if you're truly serious, you'll stop smoking. if not, you'll continue to make excuses for yourself and continue to be out of shape. period. good luck, let us know how it goes and remember that we are here to answer questions.
