Hey I'm starting my cycle on Saturday , just want to see if you think my diet is in check ..I'm carb cycling and have been for awhile now and is working great, I just want to know if I need to change abit around seeing I'm gonna be using beast and katana
My diet look like this:
No,Low,No,Low,No,High,Low
No carbs days (no carbs :| )
Low carbs (175g carbs)
High carbs (325g carbs)
I work out 6 days a week (Sunday being my off day), I will be doing 30 mins fasted cardio in the morning (walking on the treadmill at 6.5kph)
My stats: 21 yrs old, 85.1 kgs, 11%BF
My goals: drop BF% while gaining some lean mass
Do you think I should a extra high carb day on the Tuesday?
