If you are natural...like it says in you profile you should take a cyclic approach. By this I mean cycle you carb and fats. Main body of the diet would be protein and fats with a carb load 2 times a week. the fats will provide far more calories per meal than carbs....and if you manipulate it right you will shed tons of fat. pm me if you want more info
