Well I normally wake up round 7:30 do I need to wake up earlier?
I don’t go for runs in the morning, I eat breakfast as soon as possible, so round 7-7:30, 8 the latest but Im only drinking a up n go, cereal
Then 2 hours later maybe another serving of cereal
Then 2 hours after rice crackers and tuna or Canned chicken
2 hours after I’ll have a yoghurt or something, snack
2 hours later ill have canned chicken and rice or tuna and rice and then 2 hours after that ill have a snack like creamed rice or yoghurt or something
I always get hungry and never have variety, I need a real diet to stick to, the right foods for burning fat, specific foods at specific times, when am I allowed to have a snack and everything..can anyone help?cause this diet only lasts me a couple weeks and im always falling short of my goals! ABS! ….
