Ok here's the deal quickly. I've been playing with my diet lately. A month ago I weighed 181 lbs at 14%. Now I wanted to add some good weight so I figured out my caloric intake to be 3600 cals and did a 40/40/20 which equates to 360 P, 360 C, 80 F. I will check my stats tomorrow but I know I put on TOO much fat. I'm an obese bitch.

Now I'm either gonna take 200mg of DNP for the next 21 days and drop my carbs to 260 g (gonna go with 80g of Dextrose (75g sugar) in PW meals).
OR

No DNP and drop the cals to 3000 and continue a 40/40/20.
------I'm leaning towards my first choice. This will still drop my cals by 400 just through diet.

I will start a mass cycle in October where I want to gain as much LEAN MASS as possible. Then I believe I will up my cals to at least 4200 and stick with a 40/40/20. I seeem to react unkindly to excess carb intake so that's why it's 40/40.

Any comments or suggestions on what to do? I'm not sure what I'm asking, just looking for opinions. Thanks.
