I was just wondering if someone could me out w/ a good diet. I am 5'11" 185, I used to weigh 225. I am having a little trouble shedding the last bits of fat especially around my lower stomach. Does anyone have a good diet written out that I could go by. I would really like to shed this fat before I start my first cycle. I also cannot afford to lose any muscle, this is what makes it so difficult. Well if anyone could help out it would be great. Thanks in advance
