does anybody have any sugestions on what diet would help me obtane the best results from this cycle? Iam 29 5'7" 220lbs I have good bolk but want to become lean and keep mass.
Assuming you know the proper foods to intake. I would say a good macro break down would be 450 grams protein/day with around 150 grams of carbs cycled around your workout. Fats should be in the 100 to 150 gram/day area. split carbs+protein and fat + protein meals.
