Diet for DC Training

I'm 195 at around 16% BF and am trying to figure out my diet for DC Training while minimizing fat gain. I'm working out M/W/F and doing 45 mins of Low Intensity cardio on off days first thing in the morning with just BCAAs before hand. I'm aiming for 350 Protein a day, 70g Fat, and the rest of cals coming from carbs. Carb cut off at 6pm. How many cals do you think I should aim for to make good gains but stave off most of the fat. Going to be eating really clean. I was thinking around 3000. You guys think that is a good amount for a clean bulk with DC or should I go a little lower or higher?

if your doing dc you need to eat. that clean bulk stuff isnt going to go well.

Consume everything in your path

I was doing 4000 Cals a day on 5x5 and gained way to much fat. You think 3300-3500 is a better number of cals?

we cant really answer that question. the bottom line is dc is brutal workouts. when you train this hard you dont want to be walking on a fine line with diet. abvously you dont want to turn into a blob but heavy hard work and a huge diet will pack on the mass. heavy hard training and a wimpy diet will cause shrinkage and injury.

Yea I know what you're saying. Guess i'm going to have to play with it and see how it goes by tracking my weight and mirror.

Eat alot but eat smart. DC training doesnt mean you have to be a fatty. You are 16% so NO HIGHER!

Yeah I think so providing you are doing the 3 day split at your weight. Hard to say totally.

A carb rotation can help too. More carbs on your training days and less on the off days. Some steady paced cardio will help your appetite, recovery and heart as well. Just 3 times a week for 20-30 minutes moderate pace.
