I work out 5 days a week because i dont have much time i want to work out 7 but i cant find time. Anyways iv been keeping my calories around 1000 a day and im only eating veggies and tuna for my protein. Im doing this becasue im obsessed with seeeing ribs and muscle i guess lol im not the type of guy who likes alot of bulk but a thin lean physique. My workout is below and stats as well. My goal is too be around 140 with body fat percentage of 6 percent. Any info to get me to my goal is apreciated please. Also wont i still lose weight (Body fat) even when i dont work out becasue im only intakeing 1000 calories. Also one more thing excedrian back and body is that cool to take with clenbuterol because i have a pain problem.

Workout:
Cardio tredmill = 4 too 5 miles everyday through the week.
Abs = crunches, pushups, and knee raises.
