did tren tranform your body?

hahahhahaha.... 450 would be serious..shit, 405 is serious. Im feeling good with the progression im making now, going up every workout. Tonight is chest again... gotta get myself a spot tonight and just go balls out. Now my muscle gains are going past fat loss...still not holding water but as of this morning gained another couple of pounds for the week. Life is good.

2 IUs a day should help you get lean. Not sure how much because I have never done it and I am not willing to pay the money to TRY it. I am fourtunate that I can get as lean as you see without it.

I am going to use a little slin in the near future though. It can be dangerous but I am knowledgeable about it. I tried it last year, 2 to 4 IUs a day three days a week for 2 weeks and it did more for me than any AAS has in years. My muscles got so full it pulled my skin thin tight. However, I had a very strict diet on the slin days. All carbs and protein, NO fat. And I am naturally on the lean side so that helped. For someone who puts on fat easy it might not be ideal. I think that is why the pros are as big as they are these days compared to 10 years ago. They gain just as much or more weight using GH and slin as they do with AAS. Ronnie Coleman said if you are going to spend money spend it on GH. But I am sure he got it cheap and was taking enough for a large cow. I talked to a pro recently and he was taking 16 IUs of slin a day. Now that is danergous and something I would not reccomend, not even a Mr. Olympia, that is asking for life long trouble is not life ending.

I was just telling him that he could at least squeeze 3 more years in naturally. did u even see his pics?? I think he should build a good base first.

i looked for his pics and didn't see them. besides he's right at the age where growth plates could be closed already on him. and he's gonna do it anyways if he's gonna do it. and like i say, most people will not add mass without the shit, they'll get stronger, and they'll flatline on gains, and not look much if any bigger at all. this could be due to fat in the muscle and they're burning it out so it never looks like they're getting bigger, and constantly losing sub fat. i donno. tough call but most cannot get bigger without the shit, lucky u can is what i'm saying but your saying since you can everyone can and that's incorrect
 
Case in point with me... Ive always been very strong for my size, but while id be able to lift more, i was never ever able to gain size or weight. Id max at 150lbs or so and could never gainafter that, no matter what i ate or how clean my diet was, or how many times I switched up my training routine. Some people have the genetics to just get huge, and some people were meant to be skinny. So we find a way to alter that..and im feeling great about where im at right now.

my genetics let me get fat very easy, but also don't let me get muscle mass. don't know what you call me but that's me. it took extremely good diet/aas/training/cardio and mental edge to get as far as i've got and i got ways to go with fat loss. sittin at 15%ish gets harder the lower you get.

I was always skinny as hell. 9th grade I was 4'10 79lbs lol Just to get an idea... but the only problem area ive ever had was lower abs, which is generally the hardest spot for guys to lose that last bit anyway. Im gettin there...havent been doing much cardio lately anyway, starting next week im gonna do some HIIT and see where it goes from there. As long as any of us that dont have those sick genetics stay focused and motivated in what we are doing, we will be just fine.

it doesnt get harder to drop fat till you get much lower than 15%. something is off in your diet. could be a poor ratio of omega 3-6-9's, could be something else. even eating 100% clean isnt enough, everything has to be in alignment if youre not cycling.

something is off with your diet and/or cardio. pm me if u want some help.
 
Jager, I saw like a hundred or two posts ago you mentioned you felt the tren level fall off 12 hours or so after inject, so would it be better to pin before workout or is okay to do it after workout(am workouts) atleast that its everyday?
