bed time:sleep 4-5 hours get up and start all over.on weekends when im off i get up and eat 2 times during a 9 hour sleep which usually is 60 gm protein one meal and pbutter or almonds the next.and thats it.sounds a little overkill but its working.i am cutting my calories back some this week by reducing pbutter and almond intake but not eliminating them.

That seems like an awful lot of fat? you have 3 handfuls+ of almonds/fat daily?

that is the point of the diet. high fat, low carb. something similar to a keto diet.

exactly,the key is you cannot cheat on this diet.you have to keep insulin spikes down.i have had tons of energy on this but then again im eating 3800 cals a day.im actually growing and getting leaner for the show.i will monitor my BF closely and see if and when i need to cut down on the pb and almonds.im in constant ketosis.this shit works and no cravings!

Impressive, I wish I could get my diet down to a T like that. Im at work from 8-8 everyday so I get plenty of protein in and limit my carbs and get moderate fats...but its just not down to exact numbers.. Excuse me while I pop myself now... ahhhh

Whe you say high fat how many grams a day? What whole foods are you eating for fats? Thats a Keto diet right?

I checked with my ketostix last night and a have a medium amount of ketones in my blood. Think I just need to up my fats and Ill go into Keto - only have about 50g carbs a day
 
how did everyones workout go today?? made a fukn stupid mistake and went out last night. stayed out all night, ran into a lot of ppl and they kept feeding me drinks. wish i didnt go out last night. i still feel like shit. im hitting the weights HARD tomorrow. dont even think im going out this wknd. didnt think id be hurting this much. today is day16 for me

my ketosticks always says trace on 25 carbs a day.my body must make carbs.lol
 
haha... whats up man. I did the same thing, went out till 4am last night, and worked at 9. Great fuckin workout tonight though, did chest and im still pumpin from it hard. Pumps tonight were crazy...felt like I was gonna explode. Strength and stamina gains this workout. End of week 3 so now would be about the right time for the sust and tren mix to really start hittin. Cant wait to start feelin the eq too. Gonna sleep well tonight..i hope.
 
Wow. Almost 1 month running and we now have too many users to count journaling their tren hijinks, and a BB in contest prep with Tren. Epic.

Maybe there should be thread of the quarter?
 
Funny thing about that is im actually not tired at all right now. Got like no sleep and feel great. Wonder if tren has anything to do with that or im just so overtired that im wired. who knows. Yeah..this thread is outta control... but I gotta say im enjoying tracking everyones progress to see how my 1st tren experience is comparing.

hey bro I am about as far as you are (25 days in with tren a-75/EOD) and all I have experienced is strength gains and faster recovery. Have you felt the same at this point. Are you seeing any changes in body fat yet?
 
No changes in body fat yet, strength gains definitely, aggression in the gym absolutely. Higher core temperature at points during the day, and some sweating at night... sure. Nothing else just yet, no other sides but thats where im at. Oh, and pumps tonight were crazy. Almost painful, but felt amazing. This girl came over right as I got done doing chest and said I looked like I was going to explode.. I can live with that all day.

I am going to do my first tren from fina cycle in a couple of weeks and im wondering should I do ED or EOD im doing test prop too and I would like to put them in the same pin. Im 215lb and have done about 6 enanthate, d-bol , deca cycles...with basicly no sides,Really have never had any side except acne and aggression Im already bald ....

ED is better, if you can handle the injections, might get slightly less sides due to more stable blood levels. But IMO it doesnt really matter, your results will be the same.

Thanks Alex,I dont mind injections in a weird way I kind of like them for some reason.I quess because I know good things are about to happen,,,
 
7 days in and really felt an increase in strength during yesterdays chest workout. Sides for me have been minimal @ 50mg ed..

Plan on doing this for 6 weeks, see how I feel and may take it out to a 7th and 8th week. I will keep you posted.

No, mines a little different. Im running the tren mix at 100mg EOD.

im going 100mg across the board.I think my energy level is dropping because i have no more fat to tap into.next will be muscle thats why i have to keep the protein very high.
 
oh ok gotcha bro. sounds logical for sure. im still on 50mg eod of tren ace. may bump it up to 75mg eod, depending on how the anxiety goes. so far its been fine, but im prone to it (fucking sucks)

I wanna run a low dose aromasin through the rest of my test/ tren cycle. any comments? i dont wanna compromise my gains

your also not eating carbs so your muscles will be flat and feel weaker, although as soon as you carb load your gonna feel like a fucking machine :)

physically i feel weaker until i get under the weights.i think its because my brain has a lack of carbs.im not stupid im very instinctive.last night i carb loaded until i was sick.this morning weighed exactly the same looked exactly the same.this is good to know .ill have to carb 2-3 days for the show.what i like is the veins stay out all the time.never go away.now thats cool.

I dont really load i just eat a few more carbs on fri and or sat.last night i over did it but im so lean nothing hurts me it only helps.took some new pics today at the gym ill try to get em up soon.

Yes, props to everyone for keepin it alive, like I said, this is my favorite thread right now cuz it seems like most of us are at the same point in our tren cycle. Now.. Off day today, but I did get some running in, had a football game... so it wasnt a total loss. Hard to sit here right now cuz i feel like no progress is being made..but gains are made on off days... but I swear I always feel smaller on days off. Hows everyone comin along, starting week 4 with the tren mix tomorrow. Maybe some minor leaning out so far, hardness definitely increased... vascularity increasing slowly but you can see it. Strength definitely increased, and thats whats important. My glute is hurtin today though, probably from the sust... Theres my little status update...

update bro's, just the begining of week 3 for me, teste/eq/trene running bromo 2.5mgs ed, 500/400/300, today i finally felt the trene, it was AWESOME , aggression was though the roof in the gym all the wights feel super light, and just have this all round superman feeling, hardness and veins are coming out, have had a bit of insomnia even with sleeping pills,

Update - 22 days into tren/ prop cycle. My bosy fat is coming off pretty fast since I changed my diet to be more in line with the Bolnd Bombers - increased my good fats considerably (nuts, crushed almonds in PWO shake, fish oil, flax oil, olive oil, peanut butter). I have a bout 20g carbs (oats)in the morning and 20g oats on PWO shake. Only other carbs is steamed vegetables. My ketostix put me well intoi ketosis yesterday.

Only thing is I feel sligtly smaller and a little soft but can see my abs clearly now, and vascularity is up. I think my muscles should firm up when I carb bulk.

Started a low dose of Aromasin yesterday (10mg ed) as my nippes seem bigger and flabby around that area - feel a lot dryer today. anyone alse using Aromasin/ Adex on cycle? Looking forward to my Dostinex arriving.

I am using .5 mg/daily of adex BUT it doesnt seem to be making a difference. I
will be throwing in winny in a few days till end of my cycle to remove excess water and tighten up. I also switched from test-e to sustanon-250 to see if it makes a difference in water retention.

stay with the diet.you will feel like your shrinking then your hard as a fuckin rock and only lost 10 lb.now i wasnt real fat when i started thats why ive only lost about 12 lb as of now but im also contest ready now.i take 1mg.adex a day.my nips are no longer tender but there are stil knots.
 
Been taking sust 250..havent really retained much water at all. I think Im gonna run some masteron at the end of my cycle, im afraid of taking winny while im playing football due to the tendon and ligament weakening. Last thing I need is for my knee or ankle to go again. Already got shoulder issues now anyway, although the only thing it really hurts with is shoulder presses. Strength gains this past week were serious, looking forward to this week. Think I noticed some fat loss around lower abs this morning too..its really the only hint of fat I have on me, and the hardest to get rid of.

yes, that's the tren strength, since this is your first run and your keeping a cutting diet, imagine what this shit would do on 500g carbs and 400g protien per day, hehe. i've did it for about 4 days in a row, couldn't reach my other shoulder, everything stays pumped, my calves and shin splints just pump up walking. everything turns rock solid. i do feel smaller on tren however it seems to change muscle to very mature looking lean muscle mass, it seems to rip the fat outta your muscle and not just the fat under the skin which could explain why it seems like your getting smaller however look so much better. changed cycle slightly

i'm at 15% right now. when i started tren i was 16.5%. diets dialed in. seems like it took body a few weeks to even start to take to it. now im shooting for 1% per week, and since i weigh 225, that's only 2.25 pounds of fat per week, should be easily obtainable, and i am fucking motivated right now. 14% next sunday baby, that's my goal
 
hope u ran some test w that boss! test is fukn awesome. just wish i didnt bloat so much on it. even when diet is in check. guess one of these days i have to get some adex. anyway, today was day19 for me and noticed some good power on my shoulder presses today. i think its time to add another 5lbs to each dumbbell next time. which wk do u guys feel is the best? like when the results really show?

I was wondering the same thing
Since i am on week 5 and I only have another 3-4 weeks. Will I see any changes on the body by the end of that or do I need to run the tren longer to see any changes?

Update - day 24. Results are comin now - gonna measure bodyfat 2nite but I have shed a massive amount of fat - bombers diet advice really worked. Loads of peanut butter+fish oils+flax seems to be woking - in the purple regularly now on my Ketostix. Even though I lost fat my shirts barely fit me now.

Pecs where I was carring fat now showing cuts and sinew, pointy nipples almost gone so I guess it was excess body fat.

I have another 5 weeks left on - I figure I will have lost most of my bodyfat in 3 weeks. if so I may up my cals to 4/5000 for the last 2 weeks - with enough cardio I should avoid putting on body fat but maximise gains - any comments?

Choking down this protein shake right now...hate hangovers...

Yeah, I drank a litre bottle of vodka (with slimline) last week - felt awful the next day.
 
Yea...ketel one and freakin red bull all night...im sure those carbs did wonders for me. ughh Feel like i need to leave work and work out immediately... i feel like i lost 10lbs last night or something.. just feel like shit today. Back on the grind....

I was a soft 165lbs (15%-18%) then w TnT i peaked at 187 and shredded. I mean veins and definition that I could have only dreamed of. Its sounds cheesy but its true. I loved it so much I ran it for 7 months straight lol. By the end my cock would not work..... but I looked amazing.

Figured it was somewhere around there....goal is about 8%...while gaining good lbm. Never one to try and get the bloated look just to be big. Making huge progress though..after my injury i was down to about 137 at 5'6. Now Im up to 158. A lot of it came back just from muscle memory before I went on, but I plateau at about 145-150. Long road back but its feelin good right now.
 
just had a back workout. good power and more reps than the last back workout. today is day20 for me so tom i finish wk3! not too many changes though. maybe in wk4-5??
 
Im sure...they are coming. We are right about the same place, im only a couple of days ahead of you. Intensity and strength in the gym have been crazy this past week... figured it was about time I sucked it up and threw some progression pics up. lol

for u experienced tren users, when do u really notice the "insane results?" i think i may just respond late to compounds because test e doesnt hit me til 6-7wks
 
I only used tren 2x's but I loved it and will not do any cycle without it. I really had crazy results going into my third week on tren in strength and getting lean.

tren made my cows look great, but didn't really give them much weight gain. Maybe 5 lbs. I've heard other people's cows really blow up on it, but every cow's a bit different I guess, eh?

My muscles feel mega flat on this keto diet, not holing pumps long after workouts. Cant wait to carb up on the weekend and see the difference. The Vain in my arm is new, had that about a week. Long way to go still, I need to lose some serious fat - digital Bodyfat measurer at the gym put me at 19.9%BF! cant be right..I hope.

I injected myself for the first time tonight - in the glute. Think I may have hit a vain as I immediately got the tren taste and massive pains in my lungs.

Might as well... there seems to be a whole lot of people that are about 3-4 weeks in... So now is the time we should really be seeing tren doin its thing. Wonder whats gonna happen when I stop the tren at week 8 and keep running just the sust and EQ.
