They really mean it when they say that you are guarenteed to go up 5 pounds a week.... that what happened with my partner... went up 50 pounds on bench in 10 weeks... i went up about 40.
How's your chest? I wanna build my upper-chest alot. I'm guessing I should do a 5x5 with inclined pressed, and use 2x8 flat bench as accessory work? Any word on this?

My legs increased the most, and my back did alot in the middle. Everything else a little bit, nothing major in the size gain.
When I'd do incline, I'd set it at a fairly low setting one week, then higher the next and alternate. Not sure about the 2X8 for chest, but what I did the last 3 weeks was drop to a weight that was roughly half of what I finished a 5x5 at and do that to failure either once or twice. Nice pump doing that.
