So I have decided to run my first cycle ever. Have decided to run without test.

I've ran across all videos posted by Taeian Clark and had own reaseraches also spoke with some recent ppls. For me it's a good start to tap toe in. If something will be wrong for me will just exit.

Stats at begin:
Age: 30
Years of Lifting: 4+
Weight: Solid 79-80kg with 12-15% BF (abs visible)
Height: 185cm

Diet:
On the point.
Clean and microdense.
200g P/ 440g C/ 70g F - 3190 kcal (250-300kcal surplus)

If it's coming about products: mostly Sirloin, Fishs, Turkey, Skyrs, Eggs, own Smoked Hams, Wholegrains, Oats, a lot of Veggies, Fruits, Olive Oil, Nuts (w/o Peanuts), Honey and Coconut Water. Only natural one ingradient products.

I'm tracking it very closly in MFP since a nice few years. Went down from 125kg to 68kg and then builded up actual physique it byself.

Structured and periodized Upper/Lower with linear progression.

Cycle will be low dosage of D-bol:

1 week - 25mg D-bol ED + 12.5mg AI EOD (Done - Aromatisation went too much, too high 25mg for me. Puberty Gyno flared up - downranged to 10mg. and added Nolva 20mg/ED - since 4 days, also Exemestan 25mg ED till tomorrow) - gained 1.25kg and a lot of strenght in arms.
2 week - 10mg D-bol ED + 12.5mg AI EOD - starting at Monday 28.04
3 week - 10mg D-bol ED + 12.5mg AI EOD
4 week - 10mg D-bol ED + 12.5mg AI EOD
5 week - 10mg D-bol ED + 12.5mg AI EOD
6 week - 10mg D-bol ED + 12.5mg AI EOD
7 week - 10mg D-bol ED + 12.5mg AI EOD
8 week - 10mg D-bol ED + 12.5mg AI EOD
9 week - 10mg D-bol ED + 12.5mg AI EOD
10 week - 10mg D-bol ED + 12.5mg AI EOD
11 week - 100mg Clomid ED
12 week - 50mg Clomid ED
13 week - 50mg Clomid ED
14 week - 25mg Clomid ED

Additional:
1. Taurine 6g ED
2. Tudca 500mg ED
3. Omega3 - 4g ED (2000mg EPA)

Yes, I will run AI all the time as I had a puberty gino since primary school.
It's not visible at all but it's there feeling under fingers. Also to avoid much water hold and possible shut down.

Liver in very great condition, no alco, no drugs.
Health Overall also in very great condition, test ar. 700, just estro in higher end limit. ASL/ALT - lower ranges.

Blood Control: after 4 weeks
Blood Control: after 8 weeks

Will be posting updates weekly here just to track and show you how it's going. After first two weeks will add start photos and after 2 weeks.

Any suggestion for that gyno flared up? I know it's only puffines for now. And gland is not so hard. But thinking to maybe make a 7 days break, give a time to stabilize hormons and estro. And then get back with slower adding of Dbol, I mean start with 5mg, go 2.5mg weekly. And build up till 15mg MAX. I want to cycle for 10-14 weeks if Liver markers ll be fine.

if you are prone to gyno then why dbol? run tbol or anavar instead
