a bulk barn is like a place you go to buy honey or peanut butter in bulk, you can also buy spices, oats, candy. any food products in bulk. Nelson is right, Sugar is sugar, the only difference is dextrose is listed higher on the glycemic index. But yeah, we have about 4 or 5 of them in town here, and there is only 100000 people in the city i live in.
