just has surgery yesterday to correct my deviated septum and wondering how long until i can get back into training?

I got my nose "deviated" via a knee to the face, while in a head lock. rule 134/3: get out of headlocks before their friend takes advantage of your helplessness..
i had that operation over a decade ago, and dont recommend it. seems like it was great for a couple of months, then my breathing went to the shit again when going through the nose.
and if you fight alot, then the proceedure could have been a waste. so live it up till the next elbow reminds it of the past.
