Desielbolan & Katanadrol Log

Ok, I started Desielbolan and Katanadrol on Thursday. I am posting my stats and pic.

These are pre-Desielbolan and Katanadrol stats & pic:

Good luck with everything man! I'm doing the Beast/Katana Stack and It's FKN awesome!!! No lie, I've seen some gnarly changes in my body and I've been on it one week today! Just make sure the diet is on point so you can really take advantage of everything it can do!

I'm taking in between 3600 and 4000 calories per day. I'm taking in over 300 grams of protien per day. I'm hoping to put on about 10 lbs. of muscle and lose some body fat.

My body fat was 23% when I started. How is your body fat percentage coming along? Is it going down? What kind of gains are you making?

I already started seeing some awesome power gains the second day.
I did lateral raises with 50lbs.!!! for 6 reps.

you don't look 23% bro, you look leaner than that. probably 16% if I had to guess

Yeah, I had no Idea you could get the results that that combo gives you and as fast as it does too... I'm fairly lean. I started at 202 lbs and 9%Bodyfat. I'm trying to eventually hit 215 and 5-6%. Now I'm completely aware this is going to be impossible in the next three week's but I will give it my best:) I've seen gains, but not the typical. Minimal strength gains, I'm not really training to put on serious mass but on like day three I looked like twice as big and twice as shredded. I'm to the point where pumps are all day long and sometimes quite painfull and that's without a workout. I love it. Check out my Shredder Stack Log for a much more detailed look on body composition changes, and strength gains made. It's also got the incredibly lean diet I've been adhering to. Lots of good feedback on there as well!
 
Update:

Today was day 5. I've gained 2 lbs. in 4 days and have put 1/16th of an inch on my arms. Strength gains have been mixed. Day 1 I had crappy work out (back and traps), day 2 was great, I felt like superman (hamstrings and delts), day 3 ok (triceps and biceps) day 4 I rested. Day 5 I had an ok day (pecs).
