many compound lifts will hit the delts easily. I never have isolated the delts and i have very good sized ones.
really the only muscle i ever actually isolate are the calves and traps. everything else gets worked through compound lifts, not saying i don't isolate at all, but the bulk of my workouts are compound lifts for sure. those cover a lot of muscles at one time
i'm talking dips, militaries, pulls, etc.
