weightlifting destroys our discs. just the way it is
what you have to do is adjust how you lift. i also strongly recommend decompression and you can do both yourself. invest in an inversion table and start doing hot yoga. it will help tremendously. don't get suckered into wasting your $$$ on chiropractors or other bullshit that does nothing for discs
