Alright, i am tired of this plateau, so i am gonna go for the CKD to drop the last bit of my fat... I've done it before and know what its all about, but i want some tips and what you guys eat on CKD... Throw anything and everything at me... Whatever you wanna say, say it... I wanna hear what you guys do

Use the Search function for this, There have been numerous threads about this, in fact...There is one down this page a bit posted by beastboy who shouldve known to do a search. Its called "CKD Layout" or something like that....

i got all that under control... I just want some words of wisdom... How to deal with the tired and weariness. What foods all you guys like to eat on keto, and any tips you wanna throw at me...

i have it all worked out as far as the structure goes

I know what foods...I was looking for a meal layout.

Should've known...LOL.

applied the yohimburn like mad.. usually 3-4 times per day along with nyc and r-ala...

My bodyfat is getting quite low, everywhere except my lower abs... I put it on my chest and it lost all the fat... No fat on my arms or anywhere else... Just on the stomach... I might just be really bloated because i stopped taking arimidex at 1/2mg ed... Went down to 1/4mg eod...

i seriously cannot tell when and even if i start getting tired lazy on a CKD. I don;t know if it's because I'm stupid..or if I am always tired and I'm messed up t begin with or what.

Anyway..I don't know what more to tell you than to just do it. I really dont even want to come off the ckd and eat normal again, because it's so much of a hassle. It's one more nutrient to worry about, PLUS you have to worry about the timing of it all so you keep blood sugar in line. Annoying. I just wish there were more keto foods.

i dont think i could make it a long term thing...

I think i probably get more tired than usual because i am hypoglycemic.

Well today is the day, and i will post my progress

Hey dudeman, check out my CKD log. I was on for 6 weeks and had great results.

I am hypoglycemic as well. CKD had no effect on my energy level at all. I felt fine the whole time. As a matter of fact, the extreme morning hunger we hypoglycemics encouter, pretty much went away.

I will most likely do another 6 week CKD in a few months, however one thing I do know, is that carbs do not do well with me. I will keep carbs well under 150g per day.

Right now I am at 60 per day, adding 20 per week untill I hit 120.
