Your gains are going to stall sometime in the next week or two. You're essentially done with this cycle. The only way you can continue to do this cycle and grow is to use more and/or change what you're doing. You say you have access to winny. Add the winny at 50mg/day and use 250mg/test with 250mg/deca per week. (Honestly I think that test should 500mg) Since your in 8 already with no sides you don't have to worry about the test. If you do get sides you'll know it's from deca. But that's not likely.
 
I apologize for that thread. I didn't mean to question you at all. From what I have read Sust. would be a good cycle for a newbie. I guess I was getting impatient on my gains and thought by throwing more in would help. To you Ulter, I apologize.
 
It's all good bro. I just hope you see my point. You've been here for 3 months and could have posted your plan so we can help you get it down. Let's move on.

Sust is a good first cycle. Your dose was very low. Your idea to add deca would be good if you were a "on all the time" guy looking to change up. What I posted above is what a vet would do in your situation.

Personally, I think 250mg sust/week is hardy excessive for a first cycle - Ulter is right about the Decca - I don't confess to being a Anabolics expert, but it wouldn't be sensible for the reasons he gave. Although sust is mainly a long acting ester, 14 weeks is a bit long. I would stop once the gains begin to plateaux (likely before 14 weeks) - the longer you're on, the longer your recovery too. In tht regard, it would be sensible to keep the cycle shorter , so you can make your recover period shorter. This will enable you to do another cycle (perhaps a decca/sust combo) sooner, from which from my experience on my last cycle was great.

test should be the base of nearly every cycle....
your first cycle is your best... do it right... 500mg/week isn't too strong.
14 weeks is too long for 90% of the beginner cycles out there.

End the cycle, you are essentially wasting money. Do you're PCT... wait 10-12 weeks... Read up... Start over...

You are new... Dont let people talk you into these crazy exotic steroid combinations... Do the basic.... Test + A supplemental or two.

Test&Deca
Test&EQ
Test&Tren

add dbol to any of those and you will have a fuck of a cycle.

Well, point taken about reading all those posts and getting angry - the comment was directed at many contributors, of which I have read posts that have given no helpful information, just a flame - this annoys me. I have helped many, many people from cyclists to table tennis players to bodybuilders in real life, and this is me personally, have never reacted in a hostile manner to any question or thought, no matter how daft or badly thought out it might be.

I will accept that I know nothing like as much as Ulter in relation to anabolic steroids, most of which I have learnt through internet research and excellent contributions on this fine site. In regard to nutrition, I know just as much as Ulter, having got a first in Sport and Exercise science with nutrition (also have good knowledge of exercise physiology and anatomy), subsequently writing various papers for different publications, of which Peak Performance magazine numbers.

i ran npp (fast acting deca) along with karachi sust at only 250 mg's pr week. i went from 232 to right at 250 lbs. i was bulking so my bf got up there. probably around 15%. so your cycle is a good one for building mass. as far as asking if your cycle is ok, well...too late now;) i ran nolva, clomid and hcg and still lost most of my gains. the only gear that sticks for me is var along with a small amount of test. im pretty lucky 75 mg's of prop eod works unbelievable on me. im about to start another btg/prop cycle. ive got my bf down under 8% and i havent even started my cycle yet. the only problem is i lost lots of muscle along with fat. im down to 215 and feel tiny, but if i can keep my bf between 5-8% and gain 5-10 lbs off this cycle i will be more then happy.
what pissis me off is i gained 20+ lbs on btg's alone! i know now that the first cycle is most likley going to be your best, so make the most of it and make sure your diet is RIGHT ON! have a good pct set up (i dont think you mentioned your pct) and you should be happy with your gains, as long as you just didnt put on a bunch of water. arimidex at .5-1 mg a day will help keep the bloat down.
