Deca / Stanazalol / teste cycle

I am very very new to steroids. I used deca for a few weeks [ 250mg ever 4 days] then started using teste [ 250mg 4 days]. The problem is my coach who is using steroids doesnt give complete info. He told me to take deca then said u shud take teste as well. Now i started reading up on my own and ordered some stanazalol as well.

Can someone tell me what would be a good cycle with these 3?
My plan is to take deca 250mg / teste 250mg every 4 days and stanazalol 30mg every day.

Does that sound good. I am 36 and weigh 83kgs

I would put atleast the double amount of test compared to your deca .. And winstrol deca test is not that good of combo winstrol is usually for cutting cycles and deca is for mass both test and deca should be runned for 12weeks minimum

so can i just use teste 500mg per week and stanzolol as i am looking to cut

Welcome to EF jaggu, you came to the right place to ask questions. I guess I'm not in love with the idea of you running test, deca and winny when you're so new to steroids, but it's not completely crazy. Like christ said, it's a good idea to run test higher than deca because the latter is really harsh on your libido. Some run test at a 2:1 ratio compared to deca, some do a 5:3 ratio, 3:2 ratio or 5:4 ratio. Also, you quit the deca 1-2 weeks before the test e because it has a longer half-life.

Do you have ancillaries (Arimidex, HCG) and post-cycle therapy compounds (Clomid, Nolvadex)? Here's a simple way to cycle all three:

Weeks 1-12 test e 500mg a week
Weeks 1-10 deca 300mg a week
Weeks 6-12 winstrol 50mg ED
Weeks 1-12 Arimidex 0.25mg ED
Weeks 9-12 HGC 1,000 iu's a week

PCT Weeks 15-18: Clomid 50/50/25/25 and Nolva 40/40/20/20
