This is my first cycle and I know i should've started a test only cycle. I have read up. My guy sort of said that i was wrong to think like this! His experience was that you only make decent gains on both. So I started a shot of 400mg deca while I was due to pick up the sust 4 days later. I asked him for dostinex for deca sides and nola for the test. He said he would sort this. A few days after my first deca shot my chest felt soft and flabby. Looks bad. No pain etc though. Is this just what water retention feels like? Should i just carry on. I have now started my sust at 500mg/wk. He only came up with nolva. Should I stop deca use?
I'm 28, 5ft 9in and 190llbs and have been training for several yrs and have a good diet.
