guys, this is exactly the kind of crap that is prevalent on the other forums, that didnt happen here, and set us apart. There are always going to be people that irritate you, the bigger man ignores it.
I had problems here too with guys like BO$, and nclifter6ft6, etc, guys that had no physique but told me I had no idea what I was doing(I'm not saying they are the same as debaser, just illustrating my point), and letting myself get caught up in the BS is one thing I am still embarassed about

too be honest bro, your comment there offended me. Since I have been doing steroid cycles for the past 2 years, by your definition, I am a roidhead, and therefor unable to help natural trainers. That surprises me as I was under the impression that my 5x5 routine was helping a whole lot of people.
I have 10 years natural training under my belt as well, I dont think you took that sort of thing into account when you made the blanket statement about roidheads

FromZero is right, this should have been locked DAYS ago.

We've had some assholes on the board come and go over time, but I would say this past year has been great. Everyone has been so supportive of each other, and everyone making great progress left and right. Then some crap goes down on the boards, and suddenly everyone is at each others throats or leaving. If anyone wants to be negative, perhaps it's time for them to leave as well. Let's get back to being supportive of each other, and some good ol' pr posts....
