The thing that I have a problem with is that this is the Women's Board and there are men here Warlobo, W6 and a few others who are here day in and day out to help us and guide us. Every once in awhile a guy drops in here and procedes to tell us how these guys are all wrong, throw a hissy fit when they aren't allowed to say things in an inflammitory manner, then they disappear never to be seen again and Lobo, W6 etc. go back to doing what they have done for years and continue to do. Tomorrow you will be gone, they will be here and life will go on.
 
I don't really see a point in these kinds of posts. Who gives a fuck what amount of drugs anyone does? Is it going to change your life knowing they take more/less than you do? Train and eat the way that you feel is best for your body. The rules of bodybuilding aren't written in stone...

This is the last time I'm going to address this.

The whole point of the other thread was to help some of you understand that while YES some chemical assistance is necessary to achieve a ripped muscular body, particularly on a female, large amounts of chemicals are not as some of you continue to believe, probably because so many do it out of habit.

I read threads where someone is asking about using numerous drugs to achieve results that could be had with OX and winny for example in modest doses. The key is still diet and training. The physique in question was NOT influenced by GH, T3, ECA, Clen, DNP, Novadex, Arimidex or any hard androgens such as halo, anadrol, d-bol or methy-test. I don't care what anyone thinks, those are the facts.

If the Olympia guys put their minds to proper diet and training, their drug use would be less than it is and the results would be similar, but they choose to compensate shitty eating and training with drugs.

My point is not that hard ripped physiques can be achieved with diet and training only, but that the level of drug use that is suggested in many threads (esp. the guys boards) are not necessary.

I don't know where you guys ever thought that I suggested that hard ripped physiques on any woman could be achieved without drugs, but somehow that's where that thread went in a hurry. Some of you need to learn to read between the lines and realize that we use a little more discretion here on the women's board.

Steroids are illegal in this country and many that use them are church going, family people with good jobs and are respected in society because they are good people. However, the govt views them as nothing more than crack house addicts and treats them as such, so have a little respect with the who's who on these boards. Maybe you don't care, but others do.

How would you feel if someone's boss happened to be alerted to the fact that someone posting on the board used steroids and lost their job because of it. You seem to care on the guys board, how about some discretion here. Some of these people put their ass on the line to educate others on this board and you indirectly set them up to get fucked one way or another. Man that's low.

If this kind of shit didn't go on, there would be far more BBs posting some good info that we could all learn from (both those that use various substances to those that want to learn about them for educational purpose since this stuff will never be studied in real science). This childish shit only serves to confirm what society in general thinks of bodybuilders and keeps others away from the boards.

The purpose of this board is to educate, not try to figure out who is who or have 8th grade pissing contests.

Is this clear?

BTW, I train ALL my clients with the same basic routine. The intensity may vary but they all get great results. Same with the diet. I have had several female clients use the same basic diet (calories modified but same principles) that the competitor used with great results.

Open your minds a little, you might learn something.

W6 is right alot of good people don't post here because of jerks trying to play fucking Perry Mason.

Lobo does a great job of squashing this shit, but the avalanche of assholes is sometimes even too much for his mighty hand!

W6 gives alot of great training advice and his girl looks great, her routine is solid and her results are proof. And contrary to what others say every pro I have ever trained with or seen train are fucking brutal to themselves most of the men on this board wouldn't last 5 sets.
 
Who said anything about trying to expose anyone?

All I'm saying is that I have seen true Naturals bust there ass's in the gym, eat all the right foods and take all the supplements they can get their hands on. Where did it get them? well most of them got smaller, lost muscle instead of gaining it and pissed a lot of good money down the drain on supplements that don't work.

There is a little thing called over training which prevents a Natural bodybuilder training anywhere near like how a druged taking bodybuilder can train no matter how much they eat.

Even steroids loose there anticatabolic effectiveness over time, but that is a whole different story.

Point is, for you to tell someone who maybe natural or taking very small doses of gear in comparison to a competitve bodybuilder that they can train like and eat like that bodybuilder and hay presto chango they will get just as good results is wrong.

Shit Growth Hormone was shown to increase muscle mass without weight training or diet!!!!!

Why do you think so many articles in which top bodybuilders are asked, well does GH really work? they say nah did f**k all for me.

They don't want you to know the truth.

Because GH is the real deal, expensive as hell, and very, very, very hard to get the real thing (one reason why I suspect some people have used it and said it did nothing for them). However GH is the only thing that can rip you to shreds and actually increase the number of muscle cells you have. Not even steroids can do that.

It is the real secret among competitive bodybuilders.
 
Hey and Iron God, yep the pro's can if they want, really lift heavy weights with a lot of power that no man on this board could match and why do you think that is?????

Test + halotest + para = extreme aggression and power

But the fact is most of the time most of them don't bother their arse, unless they have to i.e. They are preparing for a contest or they have an audience.
 
I'm w/ Daeo - I'm losing track of the point of this thread. You can open up any health magazine & see a pic of some shredded bodybuilder holding up a can of <fill in your fav protein powder> and say - "Eat this and you will be competitive body builder." I would hope we are all adept enough to understand that nothing comes easy and that there are many other details to what it takes to achieve something. - especially when it comes to manipulating your body to achieve certain results. On this board we are sharing our experiences regarding things we want to try, what others' got for results, what stuff that claims to work but maybe doesn't, etc. The extreme bb stuff is just that, the extreme. I'd be very interested to see how many people just peruse through the posts & the archives looking for the answers to a healthier lifestyle and never actually post.

As far as why do natural bodybuilders even bother? Maybe because they enjoy it. Maybe competition is a side thrill for them and they are purusing a modeling career. Sure, some people get off on the competition and some are obsessed with it, but having been in natural competitions, I did it for myself & to see what my body could do. I'm not saying it was 100% enjoyment - but the extent of my supplements was ALA, l-glutamine and Ripped Fuel before a work out, and a shit load of chicken & broccoli. But we also have to remember that competitive bb is an extreme sport, so its gonna take it toll on things that werent' necessarily meant to be stressed 24/7. That's just common sense.

If I missed the point of this thread in my post, I guess its because I can't find the point of this thread....:confused:
