This is the last time I'm going to address this.
The whole point of the other thread was to help some of you understand that while YES some chemical assistance is necessary to achieve a ripped muscular body, particularly on a female, large amounts of chemicals are not as some of you continue to believe, probably because so many do it out of habit.
I read threads where someone is asking about using numerous drugs to achieve results that could be had with OX and winny for example in modest doses. The key is still diet and training. The physique in question was NOT influenced by GH, T3, ECA, Clen, DNP, Novadex, Arimidex or any hard androgens such as halo, anadrol, d-bol or methy-test. I don't care what anyone thinks, those are the facts.
If the Olympia guys put their minds to proper diet and training, their drug use would be less than it is and the results would be similar, but they choose to compensate shitty eating and training with drugs.
My point is not that hard ripped physiques can be achieved with diet and training only, but that the level of drug use that is suggested in many threads (esp. the guys boards) are not necessary.
I don't know where you guys ever thought that I suggested that hard ripped physiques on any woman could be achieved without drugs, but somehow that's where that thread went in a hurry. Some of you need to learn to read between the lines and realize that we use a little more discretion here on the women's board.
Steroids are illegal in this country and many that use them are church going, family people with good jobs and are respected in society because they are good people. However, the govt views them as nothing more than crack house addicts and treats them as such, so have a little respect with the who's who on these boards. Maybe you don't care, but others do.
How would you feel if someone's boss happened to be alerted to the fact that someone posting on the board used steroids and lost their job because of it. You seem to care on the guys board, how about some discretion here. Some of these people put their ass on the line to educate others on this board and you indirectly set them up to get fucked one way or another. Man that's low.
If this kind of shit didn't go on, there would be far more BBs posting some good info that we could all learn from (both those that use various substances to those that want to learn about them for educational purpose since this stuff will never be studied in real science). This childish shit only serves to confirm what society in general thinks of bodybuilders and keeps others away from the boards.
The purpose of this board is to educate, not try to figure out who is who or have 8th grade pissing contests.

BTW, I train ALL my clients with the same basic routine. The intensity may vary but they all get great results. Same with the diet. I have had several female clients use the same basic diet (calories modified but same principles) that the competitor used with great results.
Open your minds a little, you might learn something.
