which do you think deads should be performed on back day or leg day. i have been doing them on back day and two days from that day is leg day, should i change this up some?
well simply because of the fact it's real hard to do them with squats I'd do em on back day. dead lifts do hit your quads and glutes, but they hit your back too. what's your routine look like.
there are two kinds of deads ... bent legged and stiff legged ...
bent work more legs than stiff, obviously, and both enormously help your entire body. ive heard that bent legged are better though, but i dunno, depends on your preference, i guess
