Currently for 500 - 545 range I'm in the 6- 10 rep range. I DL once every other week.
 
I've done 500 for five reps, 525 for 3. No belts, no straps, no juice ever. They make my lower abdominal area too tender too do them very heavy lately, though.
 
i could probably roll a bar loaded with 500lbs on it around on the floor a few feet. f picking it up though...i prefer my arms in their sockets.

Standard. But I've never benched 400lbs though. I am alot better in pulling movements than pushing movements.
Bent rows I got 315x15 for a few sets as well as the deads.
 
There is absolutely nothing wrong in being better at pulling movements than benching. Many powerlifters are.

Not that I am biased, or anything.
 
"500lbs = 200 kgs > lots."

Bouncer,200 kilos is 440lbs if I'm not mistaken.

Personally I have done eight reps with 280kilos.
