Just my 2 cents but I personally do not recommend a D-Bol only cycle. I think ultimately you will lose most of your gains. You might be lucky to hold onto 25% of whatever you gain. Definitely make sure you either get some Arimidex or Nolvadex before you start because D-Bol has a high tendency to cause gyno. I actually have a small gyno lump behind my right peck caused from D-Bol when I did a Test/D-Bol cycle and didn’t have an anti-estrogen on hand. Then I started to get the gyno and got some Nolvadex as quick as I could and put it in check but there’s still a small lump there I can feel. You cant see it but I know its there because I can feel it with my hand. It was for sure the d-bol that caused it. Also buy some propecia online or youre gonna lose hair.
Basically bro the only “oral only” cycle I am a fan of is Anavar and in dieting circumstances Winstrol, but Im not even a huge fan of a Winstrol only cycle. I did 3 weeks of winny only just to help me with the hardcore dieting and cardio I have been doing lately but otherwise I wouldn’t have done a winny only and I didn’t do the orals I did injectable. I know how you must be feeling though, you probably look at your pink little D-Bol tabs every day and they make your mouth water. Then you go to the gym and the results just don’t come as quick as you want them to which makes it even harder to not go home and start scarfing down the D-bol. Definitely make sure your training and diet is spot on before starting any type of cycle.
How long has your current training stretch been consistent?
Train naturally with a perfect diet for at least 6 weeks minimum before you start juicing again. 3-6 months would be even better. You need to get your joints, tendons and body used to the work and get yourself back into a consistent routine before your throw juice in the mix. Otherwise instead of juice being the “nitrous oxide” that it’s meant to be you will just be straining your muscles, joints, liver and body unnecessarily and harming yourself more than anything.
If I were in your shoes I would wait to get some test. But if you know youre gonna do the d-bol at least make sure you have been training a good 6-8 weeks first and your diet is spot on. Also, order some Nolvadex online to prevent gyno and may as well order some propecia while youre at it. No point in getting side effects from a cycle where you may not end up keeping most of the gains.
I would run the d-bol 40mgs a day for 5 weeks if you must do it solo. I mean it's not a good idea but if you must do it, that's my opinion. Dont drink any alcohol and like the other bro's said, drink lots of water and spread your dose out evenly throughout the day to keep blood levels as consistent as possible.
