Dbol cycle or nothing?

Been off gear for about a year now. I am looking to get back in the game as soon as possible. I got ahold of about 16 weeks of dbol (50mg/day), it was all I was able to get at the time. I wont be able to get any test for a few weeks (even then who knows).

I want to know if I should run a dbol only cycle or would it make more sense to just wait for some test (even if it takes a couple months) . If I ran the cycle ; what dosages and time lines should I follow with this gear (especially given the high toxicity on the liver).

Orals should not be taken for more than 4 weeks if you want to avoid toxicity.

Like alcohol, how much that can be tolerated varies greatly from person to person.

Use POST CYCLE Post Cycle. Liver recovery agent, anti-catabolic and erectile enhancer. | EliteFitnessNutrition to clean the liver afterwards.

Some guys did dbol year round back in the 70's, but at maybe 5-10 mgs. Maybe some did more. Some died young. There's no saying for sure. You can either play it safe or take your chances.

i have done dbol only, good shit bro. Stick with 25-30mg a day so u can gain quality gains and keep water bloat on the min. i did for 6 weeks and i gained 23lbs kept 17lbs. Was a amazing cycle. i wouldnt worry about test or anything else. many ppl have done oral cycles only with great success. Just make sure you have pct, if not forget it.
 
My best Dbol gains came from 5-10mgs every mon ,wed ,fri .I busted my ass in the gym and my bench went from 155-300 after a peroid of 12 weeks. I Took Milk Thistle, and lots of water & Juice.
Gained a bit over 26 lbs and kept close to 20. That was in my
40's,so you're never too old if you train sensibly!

i wouldn't go past 6 weeks, that's a solid cycle of dbol, and no alcohol.

some ballsy mf's run it 8-10 wks, or maybe they are just a little more reckless.
 
iv always wondered about a dbol only cycle...its always seemed to produce good gains when used as a kick start. would like to hear if others managed to hold onto their gains after running just bol. was hcg used post cycle???

gained 23lbs lost 6lbs, so a overall gain of 17lbs was achieved. Used nolva 20mg a day for pct. Then once i was off it i actually started to gain more weight again.
 
Dbol is test.... you dont NEED to run test with it but it would definatly make for a better cycle. Dont forget to take care of the boys, Dbol will shut you down.

And beware the back pumps, damn near had me in tears a few times when doin squats and deads. At 30mg a day

NO, dbol is NOT test. Where did you read that?



dbol only is fine IMO. do not go past 6 weeks to ensure safety of your liver. 4 weeks is a little on the short end, but that guarantees you will not have issues.

Have an AI with you, because if not, you might grow some man-tittys.

d-bol is androgenic, but not test--it is almost equipoise, but as you can see here d-bol vs. test= not even close

I wouldnt do it,,, not to say it cant be done,,, I just prefer the safer less liver toxic route.... if you do decide to run it I would not go over 5 weeks and keep the dose lower 15-30 mgs spread through out the day,,, drink tons of water and blood work done b4 and after..... take a liver protectant, and do proper pct......
 
Just my 2 cents but I personally do not recommend a D-Bol only cycle. I think ultimately you will lose most of your gains. You might be lucky to hold onto 25% of whatever you gain. Definitely make sure you either get some Arimidex or Nolvadex before you start because D-Bol has a high tendency to cause gyno. I actually have a small gyno lump behind my right peck caused from D-Bol when I did a Test/D-Bol cycle and didn’t have an anti-estrogen on hand. Then I started to get the gyno and got some Nolvadex as quick as I could and put it in check but there’s still a small lump there I can feel. You cant see it but I know its there because I can feel it with my hand. It was for sure the d-bol that caused it. Also buy some propecia online or youre gonna lose hair.
Basically bro the only “oral only” cycle I am a fan of is Anavar and in dieting circumstances Winstrol, but Im not even a huge fan of a Winstrol only cycle. I did 3 weeks of winny only just to help me with the hardcore dieting and cardio I have been doing lately but otherwise I wouldn’t have done a winny only and I didn’t do the orals I did injectable. I know how you must be feeling though, you probably look at your pink little D-Bol tabs every day and they make your mouth water. Then you go to the gym and the results just don’t come as quick as you want them to which makes it even harder to not go home and start scarfing down the D-bol. Definitely make sure your training and diet is spot on before starting any type of cycle.
How long has your current training stretch been consistent?

Train naturally with a perfect diet for at least 6 weeks minimum before you start juicing again. 3-6 months would be even better. You need to get your joints, tendons and body used to the work and get yourself back into a consistent routine before your throw juice in the mix. Otherwise instead of juice being the “nitrous oxide” that it’s meant to be you will just be straining your muscles, joints, liver and body unnecessarily and harming yourself more than anything.
If I were in your shoes I would wait to get some test. But if you know youre gonna do the d-bol at least make sure you have been training a good 6-8 weeks first and your diet is spot on. Also, order some Nolvadex online to prevent gyno and may as well order some propecia while youre at it. No point in getting side effects from a cycle where you may not end up keeping most of the gains.

I would run the d-bol 40mgs a day for 5 weeks if you must do it solo. I mean it's not a good idea but if you must do it, that's my opinion. Dont drink any alcohol and like the other bro's said, drink lots of water and spread your dose out evenly throughout the day to keep blood levels as consistent as possible.
 
honestly, muscle is muscle. doesnt really matter how you gained it IE, Dbol only cycle, test/deca/dbol cycle or some voodoo ritual to some sports god to increase your LBM. Muscle is muscle. The reason why most folks lose thier gains with oral only cycles is simple, thier rookies and dont know dick about PCT. i think you do your dbol only cycle, with liver protectant and proper PCT, you will keep most of your gains.
Of course, im not encouraging oral only cycles, god knows how many n00b's come around asking ???'s about oral only cycles and yes, we should discourage them from AAS :)

Impressive to say the least. How long was your cycle and at what dosage? and you didnt use any hcg in pct??

yeah I actually think your right. I am coming off a neck injury and am only a week back in training from a good two months off...I just have the shit staring me in the face everyday and like you said my mouth is watering!!! Today is the first day in a while that I had a great fucking gym session...It makes me want to pop some dbol even more! fuck!! I also have some test on hand but it was giving me some major problems, I would get flu symptoms bad for a couple days and the injection sites would swell up beyond belief. I have another thread up about what the potential problems could be with it and they told me how to fix it. I am weary of attempting to fix the juice myself but I really do not want to throw it away.

I think the best route to take will to be to train consistently here for a few weeks and get myself some nolva. If I can't fix the test myself, I will probably run a 5-6 week cycle of the dbol and go from there.

I also am having some hair loss issues. Naturally I am going to go bald, but this shit is speeding up the process. I do not know much about preventative measures for hair loss. So you think propecia would be a good thing to take?
 
bro for sure no doubt you need Propecia. I always run propecia whether I'm on a cycle or not. 1mg a day Propecia tab keeps what hair you have and for some people even grows some lost hair back. If your hair is already thinning get some propecia homie. Winstrol is very hard on the hairline (I use Winny quite often) and I havent lost a strand because Propecia counteracts the DHT produced which is the number one cause of male pattern baldness. There are standard side effects gear is going to cause but thanks to modern medicine there are also meds that can safely counteract almost all of the undesirable side effects associated with our gear use. Also in regards to fixing a bottle of test. I dont know what you mean. Are you using a homebrew? Stay away from any shady gear bro. If it's questionable dont use it. Think of it this way. You are sticking something deep into your muscular tissue. If its fake or not 100% sterile you could seriously fuck yourself up. Is that worth $100 or possibly your leg or your life? If you reacted badly to it already take that as a signal your body is telling you "dont stick this shit in me again!" always listen to your body. It has a built in brain of its own to protect itself. That's why you feel hungry, cold, hot, pain, etc.. it's your body telling you what it needs or doesnt need.

Lost Hair? use propecia
Got tits? use Nolvadex
Dont have tits and want to keep it that way? Use Nolvadex.
Bloated? use Arimidex (expensive though)
Want kids? Use HCG post cycle and so forth.....
for every action there is a reaction. And for every reaction there is a solution.
 
These guys saying they are keeping 20lbs muscle after a dbol only cycle are fos, sorry.

I've seen MANY bros do dbol only and a-bomb only cycles and they never keep but a few lbs of it once the bloat goes away. Dbol is a jump start tool imo. Its for quick weight gain and strength to get you motivated while the other gear kicks in. You could do dbol only if you want, but don't expect to keep those gains very well.
 
exactly my opinion on dbol too, but hearing what people are saying they have gained and kept on here is making me think twice....
 
Im in full agreement with Perryscoon. D-Bol is a fun compound to be "On" but you certainly cant retain gains made if its the only thing you used. It's fun for the immediate strength, weight and mental motivation more than anything and to see yourself swell up overnight is fun to experience, but if you want to think long term then you need to run a proper cycle.
